According to reports from non-governmental organizations, there are over 300,000 street children and more than 700,000 underprivileged children in our country, most of whom lack basic rights. Without guaranteed access to food, clothing, education, shelter, and medical care, their quality of life will remain unchanged. A child’s development is deeply influenced by their environment, and until we improve the conditions for these children living on the streets, we cannot hope to transform their surroundings. In response, Zoom Bangladesh has established an academic school to provide these children with a nurturing environment that will help them build better futures.
You can support a child for only 1,200 BDT (approximately $15) per month,
As members of society, we share a collective responsibility for its welfare. Street children and those from disadvantaged backgrounds are part of our community. If we fail to support them, they may resort to criminal activities like theft or robbery, posing a threat to society. By taking responsibility for these children, we can help create a safer and more beautiful environment for all.
The Impact of Your Support: By sponsoring a child, you will help fulfill many of their essential needs, including food, clothing, education, and healthcare. This support will enable the child to grow into a well-rounded individual. Join us in bringing color to the otherwise bleak lives of street children and improving their quality of life. Together, we can help shape a bright future for these children.
* Quality teaching: These children will be taught by experienced teachers in academic schools to improve the quality of education.
* Necessary Educational Materials: Necessary educational materials (books, notebooks, pens), etc. for daily teaching will be provided free of charge.
* One nutritious meal: One meal (khichuri, rice, fish/meat, dal, eggs, vegetables, and fruits) will be provided free of charge to the children after school every day.
* Children’s health check-up: All children will be given a free health check-up by an experienced doctor once every month.
* Cultural practice: Children will be practiced (dance, song, poetry recitation) by an experienced teacher in contemplative development outside of traditional education.
* Upon sponsoring, you will be regarded as the guardian of the child’s education.
* A minimum commitment of one year is required.
* Sponsorship funds must be submitted through designated channels by the 10th of each month. You
can choose to pay the full year’s amount upfront.
* Payments cannot be overdue for more than two months.
* After two months, guardians can visit and obtain updates on their sponsored child.
* If, for any reason, your sponsored child leaves the school, your contributions will be redirected to
support another child’s education.
